BOOKINGS
Standard Pricing:
$100 per hour.
$150 flat fee for editing.
$200 rush order fee.
PHOTOSHOOT DETAILS:
• Turnaround time for clients to receive their photos is 10-15 days.
• Please book your photoshoot 2-3 weeks ahead of time to secure your date/time.
• If you are shooting on locations you MUST provide photographer with the location and remaining details 2 weeks prior to your booking date.
• If you would like a studio session YOU MUST BOOK THE STUDIO on your own and provide photographer with the location details 2 weeks PRIOR to your booking date.
• It is a flat fee of $250 to receive ALL of your raw photo files.
• If you paid for the photo rush fee your photos will be retouched in 2-4 days.
PLEASE BRING SOMEONE YOU’RE COMFORTABLE WITH TO YOUR PHOTOSHOOT TO ASSIST IF YOU CAN.
DISCLAIMER:
- Please seek professional make-up or hair services to ensure the best result of your photoshoots.
- Please do not rely on photoshop to remake your photoshoot. It is pertinent to have hair, makeup, and wardrobe completely intact prior to arriving at your shoot.
- Please note that props and wardrobe are not provided.
RETAINER FEE:
• All bookings require a 50% retainer fee in order to secure your booking. This payment is nonrefundable.
LATE POLICY:
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your photoshoot you must pay a non-negotiable $50 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your booking it may be canceled at photographer’s discretion.
• If you are late to your booking that time will be deducted from the total time you booked, and you are still required to pay the $50 late fee.
RESCHEDULING:
• You must reschedule 3-5 days PRIOR to the date of your booking.
• If you reschedule less than 3 days from the date of your booking you will lose your retainer fee, and must pay an additional retainer fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
• If photographer must reschedule both parties agree to communicate and to the best of their abilities select a date that will work best for all parties involved in the booking. If both parties fail to agree on a date the booking will then be canceled and the retainer fee will be returned to the client.
TRAVEL FEE: $50
• If you are out of state please note that if you are requiring that I travel to you there will be an additional travel cost and that will be determined after booking and must be paid 48hrs after your initial booking.
SOCIAL MEDIA NOTICE:
• If you desire to post your work done by the photographer to social media you MUST tag the artist. Please give artists the credit and recognition they deserve.
• If you desire to post your work done by kwabena foli to social media please avoid putting any filters over the work. The artist performs high end retouching and put hours of work into achieving the look of your photos. It is an insult to artists when clients overlay images or videos with filters. Please keep this in mind, and thank you.
BOOKING POLICY
• Booking means that you have thoroughly read through and understand the photographer’s policies.
• (Respecting your photographer) If feeling at harm or disrespected, photographer (kwabena foli) has rights to refuse service.
• If you have additional photos (including inspiration photos, mood board, etc), please email or dm them to afrocancreatives@gmail.com or @blk_dnt_crak (Instagram)
• Please note that I hold the right to decline any booking. If I decide to do so, you will be fully refunded.
• Your photography contract MUST be signed NO LATER than 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR BOOKING. If 48 hours passes without contract being signed you render your deposit and must pay an additional deposit to continue with your initial booking date.
• By booking your session you are stating that you thoroughly read this policy and are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth within this policy.
